POSITION: BD
ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- To study and analyze customer
drawing, technical standard and customer requirements in
order to prepare a reasonable quotation for programs which
are awarded for RFQ.
- To follow up with customer on program
award for each quotation provided
- To prepare and record all
requirements that is required by customer in Customer
Requirements Checklist.
- To initiate internal Contract Review
meeting upon
- To ensure customer information is in
strictly confidentiality.
- To initiate and release company
quotation to customer with the approval from his/her line
manager.
- To issue company product price list
- To follow up and carry through
customers’ satisfaction
- To provide and gather business
strategic customer information through various
channels,Information from customer includes, Credit Facility
Information, Customer Survey and Customer organization/
communication charts
- To make Company presentation when

Requirements

PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- To co-operate with sales & marketing
to collect customer commercial information during new
project phase in.
- To work out new project phase in
master schedule.
- To prepare PBOM for new products.
- To initiate internal communication
meetings in order to make relative people know the progress
of new projects
- To keep good traceability of records
and documents of new projects
- To co-ordinate with other departments
and customer to achieve time target during new project phase

/ PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Development and production of new products
- Create Costed BOM and quotation for prototypes / production
- Communicate with customer on design and manufacturing issues
- Determine processes or new equipment requirement with production / engineering management
- Follow up initial production to assure new products are produced smoothly and as planned
- Guarantee new product quality by working with QA to implement appropriate quality plan and control
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in project management
- Strong design and process engineering background preferred
- Engineering experience and knowledge on metal-working is a must, preferably on sheet metal design and manufacturing
- Knowledge in AutoCad is a must and solidworks / Pro-E is a plus

Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial management of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Consolidation of group financial statements and preparation of timely financial statements for senior management’s review
- Formulate, review and implement internal accounting policies, controls and procedures such as cash flow management, costing, inventory valuation and payments
- Work with senior management in the coordination and development of financial budgets and analysis of profitability of operations
- Liaison with auditors and tax agents in respect of corporate taxation and tax planning
