With our Design For Manufacturing (DFM) studies that we initiate upon program awarding (new part design), such preparation upfront removes impeding issues that eventually would hinder a smooth volume production as early as in the product design phase.

Regardless being a new or transferred program from elsewhere to Boston Plastics, we take great care in managing them thru professionally with our program managers providing our customer a single window of communication with daily or weekly updates in tracking of the progress made.
